The main purpose of the position (KPi) is:
An Exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Consultant to sell new & used motor vehicles(First Gross) and associated accessories and services( Second Gross) to target, ensuring the maximum profit and client retention through customer satisfaction.
Key roles and responsibilities
o Sell motor vehicles and associated accessories and services
o Appraise and price trade-ins and buy-ins.
o Ensure client satisfaction.
o Obtain trade covers.
o Ensure vehicle delivery standards to customers are met.
o Follow up with outstanding debtors and conclude deal file documentation.
o Execute all agreed projects.
o Keep the showroom and stockyard to the agreed standard.
o Adherence to company culture and code of ethics
Qualifications / experience required
Essential
o Grade 12
o Minimum 5 years of work experience in vehicle sales
o Basic Literacy and Communication Skills
o Valid Driver’s License
o Vehicle appraisal experience
o Pricing of trade-in experience
Desirable
o Technical qualification (Mechanical)
o 3 Year degree/diploma in Marketing and Sales
