80 point technical inspection
Every MasterCar is subject to an 80-point mechanical check to ensure that your vehicle is checked inside and out. Our expertise on Volkswagen vehicles allows for a more detailed check on Volkswagen models when compared to other Brands, but rest assured, all MasterCars have been thoroughly inspected to ensure mechanical integrity.
Balance of Volkswagen Automotion plan
All remaining time and/ or mileage on existing Automotion Maintenance/Service Plans on Volkswagen MasterCars is transferred to the new owner. This applies to Volkswagen MasterCars only.
2-year/ unlimited kilometre warranty
All MasterCars are sold with at least 12 months of warranty coverage from date of delivery. In the case where the Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the 12 month period, or has expired, an optional 2 year/unlimited km MasterCars Warranty is available through an independent administrator. The optional 2 year/unlimited mileage MasterCars Warranty is only available for Volkswagen models.

All MasterCars are checked to ensure mileage is correct and certified.

MasterCars checks the condition of the vehicle’s body, paintwork and trim to ensure it meets the required standards.
7 day exchange
To ensure complete satisfaction, a customer has the right to request a vehicle exchange within seven days/1 000km after delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle condition must be the same as when the customer took delivery. In such cases, the Dealer will attempt to source a suitable replacement vehicle.
24 hour roadside assistance
MasterCars provides 24-Hour Roadside Assistance countrywide through the Volkswagen Customer Care Centre should customers experience technical problems. In cases of models other than Volkswagen, the Volkswagen Customer Care Centre will facilitate all Customer requests and ensure that your call is directed to the appropriate supplier.
Vehicle Customisation
Your MasterCars Sales Executive will be able to assist in accessorising your vehicle with products such as roof racks, bike racks, body kits and interior accessories.
