The XUV 3XO has arrived as a more assertive successor to the XUV300. The front showcases a unique grille, LED headlights, and LED daytime running lights (DRLs), while the rear is highlighted by infinity-style LED tail lamps that span the width of the SUV. It rides on 17-inch Diamond Cut alloy wheels and boasts a water-wading depth of 350 mm. Mahindra prioritizes safety in this model, equipping it with 35 standard safety features, including six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), Hill Hold Control (HHC), and all-wheel disc brakes. These safety measures are designed to achieve a top B-NCAP safety rating, ensuring comprehensive protection for all passengers. The safety suite is further bolstered by a 360-degree surround-view system and blind-spot monitoring. In terms of performance, the XUV 3XO offers a choice of turbocharged engines. The 1.2-litre mStallion TGDi engine produces 96 kW and 230 N.m of torque, while the 1.5-litre Turbo Diesel delivers 86 kW and 300 N.m of torque. Both engines can be paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed AISIN automatic transmission, which Mahindra claims balances performance with fuel efficiency. The petrol engine can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in just 4.5 seconds and achieves a fuel efficiency of 4.9 L/100 km, as certified by ARAI.
