The main purpose of the position (KPi) is:
An Exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist to receive and welcome visitors and clients to the premises. Answer telephones and redirect calls. Carry out administrative duties of the position.
Key roles and responsibilities
o Answer switchboard and carry out reception duties
o Co-ordinate orders for valet and roadworthy.
o Perform PA duties.
o Reconcile the fuel accounts.
o Control petty cash.
o Monitor attendance register.
Qualifications / experience required
Essential
o Grade 12
o Good Computer skills (Excel and Word)
o Minimum 2 years of previous work experience in Administration
Desirable
o Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist
o Previous work experience in Automotive Retail company

The main purpose of the position (KPi) is:
An Exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Consultant at our Omoda and Jaecoo PE Branch to sell new motor vehicles and associated accessories and services to target, ensuring the maximum profit and client retention through customer satisfaction
Key roles and responsibilities
o Sell motor vehicles and associated accessories and services.
o Appraise and price trade-ins and buy-ins.
o Ensure client satisfaction.
o Obtain trade covers.
o Ensure vehicle delivery standards to customers are met.
o Follow up outstanding debtors and conclude deal file documentation.
o Execute all agreed projects.
o Keep the showroom and stock yard to the agreed standard.
o Adherence to company culture and code of ethics
Qualifications / experience required
Essential
o Grade 12
o Valid Drivers license
o Good Computer literacy skills
o Minimum 1 year of previous work experience as a New or Used Car sales consultant
o Minimum 1 year of experience in sales & marketing.
o Vehicle appraisal knowledge
Desirable
o Some mechanical knowledge
