The main purpose of the position (KPi) is:
An Exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Assistant Finance & Admin Manager to assist the Finance and Administration Manager with administration and financial processes to produce monthly financial reports.
Key roles and responsibilities
o Assist with the preparation of the monthly management.
- Execute items requiring action as identified on the Month-end Task List monthly
- Hand over items to the Finance and Administration Manager that are:
· On time
· In correct format
· Accurate -100% correct with all transactions recorded
· Neat – all entries in the correct place.
- Review the prepared month-end reports with the Finance and Administration Manager before release to ensure accuracy and neatness
o Reconcile the balance sheet accounts monthly for the Group
o Assist with the preparation of the year-end audit and assist the auditors during the audit.
o Execute all agreed projects and maintain the initiative.
o EFT payments
o Asset Register Manitenance
Qualifications / experience required
Essential
o 3 Year degree/diploma BComm Accounting
o Advanced Skills in MS Excel
o Knowledge of IFRS
o Knowledge of Financial legislation
o Minimum 3 years working experience in Auditing/Finance
Desirable
o Honours Degree BComm Accounting
o Previous work experience as an Assistant Finance & Admin Manager
o Previous experience on Drive and Evolve

The main purpose of the position (KPi) is:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Receptionist to receive and welcome visitors and clients to the premises. Answer telephones and redirect calls. Carry out administrative duties of the position.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Answer switchboard and carry out reception duties.
- Co – ordinate orders for general expenses
- Perform PA duties.
- Reconcile the fuel accounts.
- Control petty cash.
- Monitor attendance register.
- Carry out general office administration.
- Posting all speed points, EFT’s, cash
- Posting of license and registration
- Verifying all invoices
Qualifications / experience required
Essential
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 Years Receptionist and Admin Experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Desirable
- Previous Experience in Motor Industry
- Experience on Drive or similar accounting system
